I don't know what you're supposed to do to get the tip out of this. It doesn't sharpen because it's plastic and it doesn't have a base at the bottom to twist, like mechanical ones do.
I saw on Youtube that you're supposed to put a stick to push the tip upwards, what a hassle. Just the packaging alone is a tragic product.
It doesn't even last long enough to be worth it, there are more user-friendly pencils out there. Truly disappointing for a company like Maybelline.

The best eyeliner I have ever used, it applies easily, has intense color (I have it in black and brown), the only one that doesn't smudge at the end of the day or when you touch your eyes. I read in the comments that it didn't come off for some people, but for me, with just one swipe of micellar water, it comes off right away and doesn't leave any tint
